Great BBQ sauce, great sandwiches. Ball tip is a classic. Sweet potato fries are my fav. The employees are all wearing masks and are polite and efficient. Highly recommend!

I've tried quite a few things here and their ball tip sandwich is always a safe and satisfying go-to for me. Always get the meal they do with the drink and side but make sure you get their fry sauce....it takes the meal to another level.

I ate there the other day it was fantastic just like every time I eat there I usually get myself some chicken and some bread and make my own BBQ chicken sandwich cost me about 7 bucks if I skip a soda so you can't eat cheap here if you what two. They're very clean I watch their hands every time they take an order they make sure they do that they're very adamant about it. Which I think is a great policy

Best place and the employees are respectful. I been bringing my son since he was two years old and loves the ribs and Mac and cheese.

Kinder's is a wonderful neighborhood treasure. Always a great place to pick up sandwichs, take out or meat for cooking at home later.

My go-to bbq rib place. Mgr Anna was helpful with my various sandwich selections. Try the roasted veggies too.

I constantly come grabbing some food in this place. I enjoy the speedy service and well prepared food. They never disappoint.

One of my favorites, I go there at least once a month. If you do a social media check in, they usually have a deal. As of this post, you can get a ball tip sandwich with a free small Mac n cheese if you check in. Don’t forget to try all the other things on their menu like loaded baked potatoes and protein bowls.

Great bbq sauce. I buy it at the supermarket all the time. Their sandwiches and fries are awesome as well.

Yummy, yummy, yummy. Their meats and sandwiches are all on point. The salads can be a bit too chunky and could use bit more preparation. My nephew & his bride had Kinder's cater their wedding reception and the food was excellent. We love their ball tip and all of their BBQ sauces are to die for. This is a must do for meat lovers.

Took forever to help me here. And when they did. The gentleman behind me got helped way quicker than me. I feel like they are really racist here at this place. Seriously hurt my feelings. Never will I come back. Thanks.

Their protein bowls are a great and hearty lunch option. The meat case is pretty impressive. Will be going back.

Kinder's meats and excellent place to enjoy a quick lunch and nice dinner. It has everything you could want in a deli and doing a barbecue sandwich place period or sit down eating heaters outside the building outside seating wheelchair access. Nice bathrooms period always very clean. People are very friendly and fast and courteous. Kendra's is one of my very favorite places to eat. If you haven't been it's a must go and enjoy

You can lick their chops, but you can't beat their meat! Just one of the best butcher/ BBQ joints around.

I didn't eat here but it appears to look good. I saw a lot of celebrity pictures on their wall! So I assume that means something! I will check the food out next time I'm in Walnut Creek!!

Tri-tip sandwich is soo good.

Good food generally, I've gotten food from them for many years and had many good experiences and couple of so-so once. Their ball tip and pork ribs are great and prices are reasonable. Sweet potato fries are awesome when fresh. I recommend this place!

I usually go to the location on Arnold Industrial Way in Concord, but sometimes I come to Pleasant Hill if I happen to be working in that area on lunch time.Every experience, however, is a let down as I don’t think the workers listen to what it is I am actually saying and as a result I get the wrong food (food I didn’t ask for) or wrong amounts. Unlike the other location, they don’t even have the courtesy to read the order back to you as confirmation so we can catch the mistake right there.So therefore, what I’m going do from now on for the Pleasant Hill location is just hand you (the server) a list of what I want. And if the food you give me doesn’t match what’s on my list, I’ll come back in and point it out. You have got to get this right.Also, for some reason that Tequila Lime chicken is dry! Not tender. Every time I visit and order it too. The other location has got their stuff together. Please improve like they did!

Great local BBQ joint. Love getting the Ball Tip Sandwich. The burger is okay, but they do the ball tip really well. Kinder's BBQ sauce is pretty dang good too. Friendly and fast service. Great remodel.

This is usually a great place but when I place a phone order for pickup and they tell me 25minutes I don't expect to go sit there for another 35minutes and see 4 people walk in order and receive their food before me. Also with no apologies and just attitude from the staff. I've been coming here for years and years and have never been treated like this. Definitely will not be back again.

Tasty food, friendly staff. Out of the way restaurant so it was not that busy.

Out of the meat we normally get but always good food.

The more I start to visit this place, the more I like it. I think the reason I come here is the customer service. Usually a nice, funny, quick to serve you college aged employee with a smile on their face all the time. The place is a little dirty and its just a bunch of meat everywhere so not a full 5 stars. People who are meat lovers should come here. I like meat but it's a bit gross where they have raw butchered meats for display in my opinion. The sandwiches are alright. I would prefer and recommend the hot sandwiches. Besides that, it's a good place for a quick bite for lunch or to get a bunch of sandwiches to bring to the office for your friends at work.

Update: So...just watched one of the employees handle cash from the register and then go back to making a customer's food order....do they not wash hands anymore? Grossee out.Waiting for my order that I called in 25 minutes earlier didnt bother me but watching the staff prep the foods was bothersome. Not one person behind the counter wore hair nets, or gloves while preparing customer sandwiches/orders. When did this hygienic requirement change?

This was the 1st time I visited this Kinders location. Customer service was OFF THE HOOK!

I prefer this restaurant a lot. there is a unique mood. The kitcen is wonderful. the service is effective and the stuff is very professional. The price is decent. I highly recommend.
